  • Materials: 6 folders in a zip file

      • Folder 1: 1_Pspimages_Kitty: Open all files in PSP
        Folder 2: 2_Images_Kitty: Open all files in PSP
      • Folder 3: 3_Brushes_Kitty: Copy all files to this folder:
        -->> C:\Users\anneke\Documents\Corel PaintShop Pro\17.0\Brushes
      • Folder 4: 4_Selections_Kitty: Copy all files to this folder:
      • Folder 5: 5_gradient_Kitty: Copy all files to this folder:

      • Folder 6: 6_Preset_EC5: Double Click on the Eye Candy Presets, they will be imported automatically in EC

        Install the Plug-ins.
  • Preperations
    Set your Foregroundcolor to #000000 and your Backgroundcolor to #ffffff.

    Set your Foregroundcolor to the  @nn_090215_GR_Kitty_tdstudio Gradient from the Materials - Style: Sunburst

    Set your Backgroundcolor to Fading Background Gradient (Corel_06_025) - Style: Linear

    Your Color Palette look like this now:

    NOTE: It you use your own images or tubes, make them the same size. !!!

    Note: This tutorial is made with X7, but can also be made in other PSP Versions, if not please let Ann know. In previous versions some Blend Mode effects can be different 
    In PSP 14.15 & 16 there is no option for Image - Mirror & Image -  Flip. There is a new option but this does not give the same result except when the tube/image covers the whole image from side to side. Please install the script > Download here

         From X7 is the original Mirror and Flip option available again.

    The Tutorial

  1. File - New -  Set the color to the Gradient
    (Right Mouse click and choose the Gradient)

  2. Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 20
  3. Layers - Duplicate
  4. Effects - Plugins - <I.C.NET Software> - Filters Unlimited 2.0  - Toadies - Old Photo: 183/69/131
  5. Effects - Plugins - Mystic Nights - Buttonize: 522/0/91
  6. Effects - Plugins - VanDerLee - Unplugged X en kies voor filters: 45°Rectangle with these settings:

  7. Effects - Plugins - VanDerLee - Unplugged X - Vertical Tile (Default Settings)
    Your work looks like this now:

  8. Layers - New Raster Layer !!!
  9. Flood Fill Tool: Fill with the Fading Background Gradient (Right Mouse Click)
  10. Effects - Plugins - <I.C.NET Software> - Filters Unlimited 2.0  - Render - Clouds (fore-/+background color): 65/128
  11. Layer Palette - Double click on this Layer and set the Blend Mode to Overlay and the Layer Opacity to : 70%
  12. Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten)
  13. Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection From Disk

  17. On your work image:  Edit - Paste As New Layer
  18. Effects - Image Effects - Offset: 0/65/Custom/Transparent
  19. Layer Palette - Double click on this Layer and set the Blend Mode to Soft Light; and the Layer Opacity to : 70%
  20. Color Palette: Set the Background Gradient back to Color (#ffffff)
  21. Layers - New Raster Layer
  22. Paint Brush Tool  - "@nn_110215_Brush_001_Kitty_tdstudio"
    , Stamp with the Backgroundcolor (Right Mouse Click) in the middle of your Image
    You will see a line like this,

    Move  down, like this (against the bottom of the Circle Image,)

    Attetion: Make sure the lines are the same!

  26. Layer Palette - Double click on this Layer and set the Blend Mode to Soft Light

  80. Window - Duplicate (or shift+D) - Minimize  the original to tray and go further on the Copy
  81. Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten)
  82. Image - Resize - Width & Height 150 Pixels - Lock aspect ratio NOT checked - Resize all Layers checked
  83. Edit - Copy
  84. On your original image:  Edit - Paste As New Layer (Do not move!!!!)
  85. Image - Free Rotate - Left - Free  - 45°

    Add your name or watermark, save as JPG file and you're done!
